Dear Chris,
We would like to thank you for one of the greatest experiences we have ever been involved in. This was to be a clinic for our son to improve his motocross skills, which have improved tremendously, to say the least, but we all gained so much more. His cornering has gone to the next level or two; I would believe that it has taken 6 or 7 seconds off his lap times, he is the smoothest I’ve ever seen him in a corner.
The track times was just one of the great things that happened while attending the clinic, his physical endurance and stamina have also come a long way, 6 or 8 laps for him is more like 4 laps, and does it without arm pump. The workout training is just the right amount, does not take a lot of time out of the day, and works all the important areas of the body for this sport, and is not extremely difficult, even I am doing a few to improve my physical condition.
But I would have to say for us, that the best part of the whole clinic for all of us, (my son, my wife and I) would have to be the mental part that you teach so well every day, like when things go wrong and to reset, is a fabulous tool. It has made huge improvements for all of us in our everyday lives and for our son on and off the track. Our train of thought is amazing, but most of all, the way we look at everything today, tomorrow and the future, in our daily lives.
Overall the tools you have given him and us have just been fantastic, and we really look forward to attending the next clinic and possibly many more in the future. All of you have been great to work with and very patient with everyone in the clinic, no matter what their skill level. Thanks again so much for everything!!
Sincerely, Lyle, and Jill DeRose
